Step-1:
Select any file which you want to break into small pieces. Right click on it and select Add to archive...
Step-2:
The size of my file is 23.8 MB. I want each part of size 4.77 MB. So I will define the size in the box which is highlighted by the red ellipse. And then I shall press OK button.
You can see the ongoing process.
You can also see the six parts of a single file now.
Step-3:
To again get the original file, you need to select only the first WinRAR archive file and right click on it and select Extract Here.
You will again get your original file. So it would be easy to upload the parts instead of uploading the whole file. While extracting you need to take care that all the WinRAR archive parts are into the same folder altogether.
