Enable window minimization from laucher in Ubuntu 15.10

The fresh install of Ubuntu 15.10 would not allow you to minimize your program window by clicking the icon of the program in the launcher. To enable this operation, run the following command in your terminal:

~$ gsettings set org.compiz.unityshell:/org/compiz/profiles/unity/plugins/unityshell/ launcher-minimize-window true
